At Snack Creators, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — freeze-dried fruit snacks — we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Why We Can't Accept Returns

Our freeze-dried snacks are perishable food products. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returned food items under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [snackcreatorsonline@gmail.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations
