Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier or weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the courier.
Packaging
Our freeze-dried snacks are carefully packed in resealable Mylar pouches with oxygen absorbers to ensure freshness during transit.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your email address] with your order number and photos where applicable. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Snack Creators cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.
