By accessing or purchasing from the Snack Creators website (snackcreators.net), you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. Snack Creators reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

All our freeze-dried fruit snacks are made with care and packed in resealable Mylar pouches with oxygen absorbers to ensure freshness. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Product Safety Notice – Oxygen Absorbers

Our freeze-dried snacks are packaged with an oxygen absorber sachet to preserve freshness and extend shelf life. Please note the following important safety information:

  • Do not eat the oxygen absorber. It is not edible and is clearly marked "DO NOT EAT."
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets. The sachet contains iron powder and should be treated as a hazardous small object.
  • Remove immediately upon opening. Once the resealable pouch is opened, remove and discard the oxygen absorber — it is no longer needed.
  • Disposal. Used oxygen absorbers can be disposed of in your general household waste. Do not attempt to open the sachet.
  • If ingested, contact the Poison Centre (South Africa: 0861 555 777) or seek medical attention immediately.

Snack Creators includes oxygen absorbers solely to maintain product quality and accepts no liability for misuse or failure to follow the above safety instructions.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Snack Creators is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details.

All content on this website — including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of Snack Creators and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
